What Materials Are Your Frames Made From?
Our frames are crafted from high-quality recycled plastic or engineered wood, providing excellent durability while remaining lightweight and practical. We offer a wide selection of contemporary colours and classic wood-effect finishes to complement any interior style.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
For deliveries within mainland UK, shipping costs just £2.95 per order. Orders over £49 qualify for free delivery.
For deliveries to UK islands, a flat shipping rate of £13.90 applies, regardless of order value.
How Much Will the Mount Overlap My Artwork?
To ensure your artwork is securely held in place, the mount aperture is cut slightly smaller than the dimensions provided. Mounts will overlap your artwork by approximately 2mm on each side, meaning the visible opening will be 4mm smaller in both width and height overall.
Product Image Accuracy
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. All images are high-resolution photographs or scans of the actual products and are displayed without colour, tone, or shade adjustments.
Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your monitor settings, device, and graphics capabilities. If colour accuracy is critical, we strongly recommend requesting a product sample before placing your order.
Something Missing From Your Order?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately by email with your order number and as much detail as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and will dispatch any missing items as quickly as possible.
Can I Change My Order?
If you need to amend your order, please email us immediately and call us on 07506 600720 to confirm we have received your request.
Provided your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to make the requested changes.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email with your order number and details of the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and will arrange a replacement to be manufactured and dispatched as quickly as possible.
